Uneven experience

confusing layoutwarm room

The room felt quite basic. I found the layout somewhat confusing. It was easy to get disoriented. The first lift did not go directly to my floor, resulting in unnecessary delays. our room was quite warm during the night.

The room was clean and spacious! the breakfast included a good variety of foods and was separated well for those with dietary restrictions. i also found some snacks near the front desk, convenient for late-night cravings. the staff were helpful and friendly. They quickly addressed any questions i had.

the room got a little too warm during the night, even after adjusting the thermostat slightly.

the location is convenient being near the center.

The breakfast room had harsh lighting also acoustics were quite bad i found. food quality lacked greatly. It was like a chore to eat. improvements to breakfast could enhance the guest experience significantly.
